B&T USA Congratulates Alysia Burrows

Tampa, FL – B&T USA congratulates Alysia Burrows for her 2nd place finish in the Lady Category at this year’s Fort Benning Multi-Gun Nationals. Alysia competed in the Tactical Optics Division which allows for a single magnified optic on her B&T APC223 semi-automatic rifle, a tube-fed semi-automatic shotgun, and a semi-auto pistol. The Fort Benning Multi-Gun Nationals saw 148 competitors shoot 9 different stages with targets positioned throughout the course ranging from 2 to 400 yards.

“When shooting under the pressure of the clock at a national level match like this, everyone has moments where they question split-second decisions in strategy and/or execution — but it’s nice to eliminate the variable of equipment and ammunition from the equation. I don’t question that part anymore,” Burrows stated. “In a stiff competition environment, as seen at this match, there isn’t any margin for error, or you get knocked down a notch or five. That’s why knowing your equipment is a big part of preparation and ultimately being successful at an event like this. Feeding high performance guns with questionable ammo really isn’t an option, which is why I rely on high-quality Federal Premium Ammunition paired with high-performance platforms like my B&T APC223 — the combination simply provides an unequal advantage. I know each shot is going to perform just the same as the last.”

“We are very proud of both Alysia and Sean Burrows performance and representation of the B&T USA brand at this year’s Fort Benning Multi-Gun Nationals” stated Jon Scott, Vice President of B&T USA. “Alysia’s 2nd place finish in the Lady Category with her APC223 and Sean’s 6th place finish in the Heavy Optics Division with his APC308 are further confirmation of how well-rounded B&T’s line of rifle-caliber platforms are — whether in the hands of the special operator or in the fields of competition.”
