NRA’s America's 1st Freedom Talks Guns, Criminals, and Media with Director Kevin Jackson

VIDEO: NRA’s America's 1st Freedom Talks Guns, Criminals, and Media with Director Kevin Jackson

Now on the NRA’s A1F.com: Meet Kevin Jackson, director of the documentary “Bleeding Blue,” an honest look at police and what they face every day. It doesn’t blame guns for the actions of criminals, so it has been shunned by much of the media.

“I am a Black man who spent some of my formative years in an inner city, but I also lived on a ranch,” Jackson told NRA’s America’s 1st Freedom. “The differences in the two cultures were stark, but not at all what the mainstream media pretends it to be. I learned that in both cultures, a gun is needed for protection. If you don’t have a gun in either place, you are vulnerable.”

Find out more about Jackson’s unique upbringing, what inspired him to create “Bleeding Blue” and what he’s learned about solutions to crime that might actually work.
