Essential Functions*:

  • Execute sales strategies for Winchester/Browning account responsibilities.
  • Achieve budgeted sales and growth goals within customer base.
  • Develop positive customer relationships.
  • Monitor and gather industry trends, competitive responses, and new opportunities.
  • Provide input to Sales and Product Management teams to improve product positioning and address competitive issues.
  • Predict customers’ needs and develop strategies for alignment
  • Support the creation of sales programs and promotions
  • Collaborate with Product Management team to ensure timely delivery of products and support Demand Forecast analysis

·Engage, train, and develop motivational opportunities with Winchester/Browning Territory Managers

· Develop actionable plans for each account through use of customer sales data, marketing, and promotional opportunities.

Position Requirements*:

·Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree** required. Marketing, Management, or Business discipline preferred.

·Minimum 5 years’ recent related experience selling consumer package goods. Ammunition, firearms, or related accessories preferred.

·Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and interact with internal/external customers exercising extreme diplomacy.

  • Must be highly creative, team focused, self-starter, results oriented, problem solving professional with ability to implement solutions in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Ammunition and firearm experience along with knowledge of the shooting sports industry preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.
  • This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
