The raised platform is designed to automatically position your trigger finger properly on the trigger enhancing consistent and accurate trigger pulls. This version of the Luth-AR Widebody Trigger Guard® is designed to accommodate extended triggers by providing a slot in which the trigger rides. The Widebody Trigger Guard with Trigger Slot™ is 40% wider than your stock AR trigger guard adding rigidity, strength and good looks. Perfect for use in competition where high-speed manipulation counts, as well as hunting, law enforcement and military use .
