Christensen Arms Sponsors 3rd Annual Memorial 3-Gun Tournament

Gunnison, Utah – Christensen Arms, manufacturer of state-of-the-art precision firearms are proud to announce that they have had the privilege of being part of a truly special event created by selfless individuals that honor American heroes: The Memorial 3 Gun Competition held October 9-11, 2020.

The 3rd Annual Memorial 3 Gun Competition was held at Gryphon Group Security Solutions in Maxton, NC, bringing the competitive shooting world together with current and past military members. This special event was held to remember, honor, and memorialize 10 fallen heroes in the spirit of competitive shooting were divisions were comprised of Tac Ops and Open classes with 10 stages.

When Christensen Arms heard about Memorial 3 Gun’s competition, they immediately knew they wanted to help and became a Gold Tier sponsor. Then, they sent two of their best shooters (Bennie Cooley - https://christensenarms.com/ambassadors/bennie-cooley/ and Chris Hutchinson), and built a side stage for the event’s competition. Bennie, Chris, and over 120 other shooters came together to do one of the things they do best while honoring the heroes who make events like this possible. Christensen’s shooters performed exceptionally well, finishing 13th and 21st while using Christensen Arms’ very own MSR’s to compete with in the rifle-dedicated stages. An incredible weekend was had by all while shooting for a cause that is much more meaningful than any sport.

Christensen Arms would like to thank the families of the fallen heroes for allowing them to be memorialized at this past event. They would also like to thank the Memorial 3 Gun Foundation for making it all possible.
