Bill Hicks & Co. Sales Manager Employment Opportunity
Bill Hicks & Co., Ltd., a Minneapolis-based full-line distributor for the hunting and shooting-sports industry, is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead our talented team of seasoned sales associates in day-to-day operations.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, the direct supervision of the sales and customer service departments, the recruiting/hiring of new associates, the evaluation of current associates, the liaison between our IT, credit, marketing and purchasing departments, the creation of promotions/sales incentives, as well as working directly with customers.
Qualified candidates for this role will possess a Bachelor's Degree, and a minimum of five years' experience in the shooting-sports industry.
