Turnbull Restoration and Manufacturing to Be Featured on "How It's Made"

Turnbull Restoration & Manufacturing Co. to appear on "How It's Made" Two-part segment to air on Discovery's, Science Channel.

Turnbull Restoration and Manufacturing of East Bloomfield, New York are set to appear on Discovery Communications, The Science Channel's show "How Its Made". The two-part segment entitled "Firearms Restoration" follows the craftsman at Turnbull as they restore a Winchester Model 1886 lever action rifle.

Turnbull gunsmiths do a complete restoration on a vintage Winchester rifle which includes carving a new stock and forend, polishing and refinishing all of the metal parts using techniques employed by the original manufacturer more than 100 years ago.

The segments will air at 9:00 PM EST on Friday, October 17, 2014.
