Job Opening: Customer Care/Archery Tech Support Specialist

Job Location: Mount Joy, PA 17552
The ideal candidate will be efficient in handling archery product technical questions from external customers and internal team members. Do you have a passion and knowledge for the archery hunting industry? Do you possess good listening skills, and ability to respond professionally to incoming calls? Do you enjoy working in a team oriented environment? The individual who answers yes to those questions is the ideal individual for this position.

Position Requirements
o Minimum 3 years of experience working in a retail environment setting up and selling archery equipment
o Experience in call center customer care, problem solving, documentation skills and multi-tasking
o Archery technical knowledge
o Proficient listening skills
o Professionalism during customer conversations
o Team communication and cooperation
o Computer proficiency in Excel, typing, email, and internet

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

o Handling customer calls concerning product technical questions

o Providing support and training to fellow Customer Care teammates

o Entering orders

o Problem solving with customer inquiries

o Writing new product descriptions for catalog and website
