Crimson Trace Seeks Eastern Sales Manager

(Wilsonville, OR)—Crimson Trace, America's leader in making laser sights standard equipment on all self-defense firearms, has an immediate opening for an Eastern Division Sales Manager. This Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Crimson Trace Regional Sales Managers across seven large U.S. territories, including: the Midwest, South, and Eastern states.

The manager would be responsible for leading team efforts to increase sales plus individual and team efficiency. Additionally, the manager will set and track performance goals while providing consistent program delivery throughout the assigned territories. This position is an integral part of the company's Commercial Sales Team and will interact frequently with buy groups, distributors, direct accounts and independent dealers.

To be considered, applicants must live in the designated territory for this position (Midwest, South and eastern U.S.) and be located a reasonable distance near at least one major metropolitan airport. The applicant must be willing and able to travel 60%, including travel to the company headquarters in Wilsonville, Oregon, on a bi-monthly basis. This Eastern Division Sales Manager will also provide sales meeting, trade shows, line presentation, and regional event assistance and support.

Among the key qualifications for consideration are a Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent education and/or experience in a related field. The person should have seven or more year's successful experience in sales, preferably in the firearm or consumer product industry, and 3 to 5 years previous experience in a sales management/leadership role. This job requires frequent travel, including overnight and weekends, along with working flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
