June 27, 2016 - GASTON GLOCK style LP is proud to announce team members Dave and Brooke Sevigny's wins at the 2016 WCS Speed on Steel Northeast Regional. The annual steel pistol tournament was held June 10-12 in Westhampton, NY. The course of fire is composed of eight stages requiring 155 scored rounds. The best 4 of 5 runs are counted on seven stages while "Outer Limits", regarded as the long-range stage, is the best 3 of 4. During each run a shot timer starts the clock, contestants react, draw and engage the five targets while the final shot records the total time.

Dave Sevigny took the Iron Sight and Production division championships with an FN FNS-9L pistol. Dave's Iron Sight score of 87.81 seconds and 89.99 seconds in Production claimed 1st and 2nd place over all divisions in the match. Also competing at the match was Brooke Sevigny who captured the High Lady title with her FN FNS-9L pistol. Match Director John Soltesz of the World Class Steel organization exclaimed, "This was the first time in the match's 16-year history the high overall score was won with a iron sight pistol. Dave's Speed Option stage in Iron Sight division totaled under 11-seconds and both of his division wins were under 90 seconds which is truly a world class performance".
