Cannae Named Official Outfitter for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors

LOS ANGELES – Cannae Pro Gear announced today they have been named the Official Outfitter and Exclusive Apparel Sponsor for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). Cannae will also donate a portion of the proceeds from the company's annual net sales to assist TAPS in providing care and support to families of America's fallen.

"I can't think of a more noble cause than supporting families who have lost a loved one in service to our country," said Robert Hollander, Cannae's founder and CEO. "Social responsibility is a cornerstone of our company, and a way to share our good fortune with those in need. After being introduced to TAPS, we saw an opportunity to use our resources to help support and promote the exceptional work of this great organization and their cause."

Military families face unimaginable emotional and practical challenges after the loss of family member serving our country. Following the loss of her husband, Brigadier General Tom Carroll, in a 1992 Army plane crash, TAPS was founded by military veteran Bonnie Carroll (a 2015 recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom). Since its inception, TAPS has grown to provide peer-based emotional support, grief and trauma resources, healing seminars and retreats for adults, camps for children, casework assistance, connections to community-based care, online and in-person support groups and the 24/7 National Military Survivor Helpline at 800.959.TAPS (8277) available for all who have been affected by a death in the Armed Forces.

"TAPS families are able to thrive because of the incredible support and generosity of our sponsors," said Bonnie Carroll, President and Founder of TAPS. "Cannae Pro Gear's partnership will help our families as they become living legacies for the service members they loved."
In addition to donating a portion of the proceeds from its annual net sales, Cannae will be working closely with TAPS to provide gear, apparel, other equipment and additional support for events and other TAPS programs as needed.
