Jens Heider is no stranger to the firearms industry as he takes his position at PolyCase, a rapidly growing innovative ammunition company. Ric Brown, Senior VP of Operations for PolyCase states, "Jens is an expert in global business development with deep-rooted experience in cultural, economic and political affairs. He has a proven track record generating new business through strategic negotiations and effective relationships. Jens will be an asset to the fast-growing PolyCase team."

Jens will be responsible for all International Sales, overseeing the sales team. He will be challenged to grow new markets across the world. He will negotiate contracts with new distributors and will be tasked with growing the profits of the company abroad.
