Doug Koenig's Championship Season

Hamburg, PA. - As a blustery September snowstorm falls through the valleys of Montana, Doug begins to work his way down a timber ridge on foot. Having not hunted Elk with a compound bow in 25 years, it'll be a new challenge for Doug to call a bull Elk into range. Unexpectedly, a mature Elk walks through the pines at 35 yards, and it's a full draw moment for Doug and a perfect way to end his day.

The second half of the show features Doug making his competition debut at the NRA World Shooting Championship in Glengary, West Virginia. Shooting the Open Professional Division, and using his own firearms and ammunition, Doug's shooting skills are tested during the three day match which combines all the major shooting disciplines. You'll have to watch the show on Pursuit or as it streams live to learn the final outcome.
