Fall Premiere Week Begins on Outdoor Channel

Nine Shows Debut New Seasons During Week of September 19-25

DENVER – The best time of year to be a TV fan (and outdoor enthusiast) lands in the middle of September on Outdoor Channel as Fall Premiere Week, (Week of September 19) kicks off fresh content from nine of the network’s most popular programs.

Just in time for fall hunting season, viewers can tune in beginning on Monday, September 19 for fresh content from their favorite hosts like: Steven Rinella, Tom McMillan, Mike Robinson, Mario Kalpou and Nick Hoffman, to name a few. Plus, find new favorites on Outdoor Channel as southern wild game cook Stacy Lyn Harris and well-known TV chef, Emmy Award® winner and outdoorsman, Andrew Zimmern debut their series.

Farming the Wild (Season 4 Premieres Monday, September 19 at 7:00 p.m. ET) – Farming the Wild celebrates hunting as a way of gathering sustainable wild food. Mike Robinson, the show’s host, educates, informs and focuses on the food aspect of hunting and gathering. The emphasis is on harvesting wild meat, rather than for sport and pleasure.

Man Eats Wild (Season 2 Premieres Monday, September 19 at 7:30 p.m. ET) – Follow hardcore adventurer and award-winning restaurateur Mario Kalpou on an amazing journey across the globe harvesting wild food in the most extreme environments.

MeatEater (Season 10 Premieres Monday, September 19 at 8:00 p.m. ET) – Hunter, author, cook and conservationist Steven Rinella treks into the world’s most remote, beautiful regions, bringing game meat from field to table.

The Sporting Chef (Season 6 Premieres Monday, September 19 at 8:30 p.m. ET) – Stacy Lyn Harris joins “The Sporting Chef” as the new host and shares her brand of fish and game cooking with a southern flair.

Andrew Zimmern’s Wild Game Kitchen (Season 1 Premieres Monday, September 19 at 9:00 p.m. ET) – As a lifelong outdoorsman and chef, Andrew Zimmern demystifies cooking wild food over an open fire, creating delicious and easy meals, while sharing tips for sourcing, butchering and preparing game meat and fish.

Nick’s Wild Ride with Nick Hoffman (Season 7 Premieres Monday, September 19 at 9:30 p.m. ET) – Join country music artist Nick Hoffman as he travels the world to explore the sights, sounds, food, culture and music of the places where he hunts and fishes. It’s hard to tell what will happen when Nick gets his hands dirty.

Gunfather Restorations (New series debuts Wednesday, September 21 at 7:00 p.m. ET) – Meet Louie Tuminaro. He’s a firearms restoration expert that truly believes every gun has a story to tell and a unique connection to the person who owns it. Each week, his team will restore a firearm back to its original glory.

McMILLAN (Season 10 Premieres Sunday, September 25 at 7:00 p.m. ET) – Host Tom McMillan tells the stories of his guided hunt business McMillan Outfitting, Inc. in Kansas, his personal favorite hunting adventures and raising his son, Gatlin, in the great outdoors.
