Orofino, ID-- This Wednesday through Saturday, Horus Vision will have a booth at the 2020 Safari Club International Convention in Reno, Nevada. At booth #2766, they will be showcasing groundbreaking new reticles and the new HoVR product line—which features the 5-20x50 first focal plane riflescope with the revolutionary TREMOR3 reticle, Bluetooth capable laser range finder (LRF), and Bluetooth capable weather meter—and will be offering question and answer sessions with legendary long range shooting instructor and reticle designer, Todd Hodnett. Attendees can also demo the TREMOR3 reticle on Horus Vision’s acclaimed virtual reality training simulator.

Some shooters claim that Christmas tree style reticles are “too busy”. However, with the Horus Vision virtual reality training simulator and Horus Vision staff assistance, shooters have the opportunity to learn how to properly use the TREMOR3 reticle in real-world conditions. The simulator accounts for actual atmospherics and ballistic profiles to deliver real-time shooting solutions. The rifle created for the simulator is designed to feel as though players are behind a real rifle with a magnification setting built into the action. Players also witness muzzle flash and bullet trace so they can accurately make adjustments. Even bystanders have the ability to understand the concept and learn how the reticle is used by watching everything the player is seeing on a display monitor.

At the convention, the shooter with the top score on the virtual reality training simulator will win a HoVR 5-20x50 first focal plane riflescope with the TREMOR3 reticle. The second place shooter will win a HoVR Kit, which includes the laser range finder and weather meter, and the third place shooter will win a laser range finder.
