ELEY is proud to support the world’s top shooting athletes as they converge on Munich for one of the most prestigious events on the international calendar — the ISSF World Cup for Rifle and Pistol.
From June 10th to 14th, nearly 700 athletes representing 78 nations will compete in this iconic event. As the penultimate opportunity to qualify for the 2025 ISSF World Cup Final in Doha, the stakes have never been higher.
India leads the way with the largest delegation of 36 athletes, including Olympic medallist Manu Bhaker and rising stars in rifle and pistol disciplines. Host nation Germany fields 27 competitors, with world-class names such as Christian Reitz, Doreen Vennekamp, and Anna Janssen leading their charge for the podium.
Czechia’s Jiri Privratsky arrives in formidable form, fresh from a gold-winning season, while consistent Hungarian talent Istvan Peni will look to extend his 2025 podium streak. Eyes will also be on Sweden’s Victor Lindgren, China’s Sheng Lihao, and Ukraine’s Serhii Kulish, who headline a packed rifle schedule.
China continues to assert dominance with Olympic champions and in-form shooters like Wang Zifei, Sun Yujie, and Hu Kai all standouts in their respective disciplines this season. They are joined by Republic of Korea’s golden trio from Paris 2024: Ban Hyo-jin, Oh Ye-jin, and Yang Ji-in.
The competition promises thrilling matchups across individual and team events, including a potential rematch of Olympic mixed pistol finalists Serbia and Turkey. Meanwhile, the USA’s Sagen Maddalena and Norway’s rising stars Synnoeve Berg and Caroline Finnestad Lund add further depth to a truly global field.
As the world watches Munich, ELEY celebrates the passion, precision, and performance of our global shooting community. We wish all athletes the very best in their pursuit of excellence.
