Pass It On – Outdoor Mentors is excited to share that we are now accepting applications for a Regional Director, a key leadership role that will help expand our fundraising efforts and deepen our mission impact across the Midwest.

The Regional Director will lead our in-person fundraising events, manage and grow relationships with donors and sponsors, host our historical events, and plan and execute at least five new fundraising events each year. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, building partnership networks, and creating memorable experiences that support youth outdoor mentorship.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Hosting and managing our established annual fundraising events
• Planning, developing, and executing at least five new in-person events annually
• Building relationships with donors, sponsors, businesses, and community partners
• Traveling throughout the region to attend meetings, events, and donor engagements
• Helping identify new markets and growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong fundraising or event leadership experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Project management experience and comfort with CRM tools
• Willingness to travel regionally

Location: Preferably residing in or near KS, IA, WI, MI, OK, MO, NE, ND, SD, IL, CO, or AR

Status: Full-Time • Reports to CEO • Frequent regional travel required
