Shoot Like A Girl Combines Mobile Range Experience with NASCAR in Tennessee

BRISTOL, TENN. – September 12, 2022 – Shoot Like A Girl is pleased to announce that its state-of-the-art mobile range will be traveling to Tennessee this month to introduce itself to new and novice female shooters during NASCAR’s Cup Series Playoffs at the Bristol Motor Speedway September 15-18. The weekend will be filled with excitement from the races and other offerings such as on-site dining and activities. Shoot Like A Girl will be one of the many events of the weekend.

“The Bristol Motor Speedway is an exciting new space for us to bring the Shoot Like A Girl trailer,” said Founder and President of Shoot Like A Girl, Karen Butler. “This provides an opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of our indoor firearm simulator as well as showcase the Shoot Like A Girl mission and message to those who inquire. We are always trying to reach wider audiences and this will be one more way that we demonstrate our ability to empowering women and their families with the industry.”

Event Details

Guests are invited to purchase tickets to a weekend of events at the Bristol Motor Speedway in September. The weekend kicks off September 16 with the Food City 300. The Bristol Motor Speedway offers a wide array of seating and dining options. The next night, guests have the opportunity to attend NASCAR’s most popular race, the Bass Pro Shops Night Race. This is the final race in the NASCAR playoffs with various packages for seating and dining available.

Shoot Like A Girl will be found trackside with their trailer inside the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Experience for the race’s duration, beginning Thursday, September 15 until Saturday, September 17. The Shoot Like A Girl trailer will be open to the public from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. each day. This event will be free to all, including those who do not have a ticket for the race.

The Shoot Like A Girl Experience

At both events, guests who are 16 years of age or older will be able to handle and shoot a handgun and long gun with guidance from certified female instructors, using a state-of-the-art, military-grade firearm simulator which provides realistic recoil, impact and sound feedback. Archery coaches will also be onsite to assist guests with shooting bows. Outside the range, at the Shoot Like A Girl gun counter, visitors of all ages are welcome to compare a variety of disabled firearms, including revolvers, semi-automatic pistols, shotguns and rifles. Additional products from corporate partners will be on display, including optics, conceal carry bags, holsters, TrueTimber camouflage gear, SABRE pepper spray products and much more.
