Rapid Air Worx to Introduce New Chassis Rifle

(Burleson, Texas - ) Rapid Air Worx (R.A.W.) is bringing a new chassis rifle to market in 2023. Designed as a subcompact small game hunting rifle, the MicroHunter is only 27 inches in length and weighs in at only 5.6 pounds. The new rifle will be available in .177, .22 and .25 caliber. Despite its diminutive size it will be capable of over 25 foot pounds of muzzle energy. The new BarkStripper™ adjustable air stripper reduces accuracy robbing air turbulence and reduces muzzle report. It also ships with ½-20 and ¾-16 muzzle threads w/protector to accommodate additional sound reduction devices.

The premium rifle still comes with R.A.W.s highly regarded adjustable match trigger and a lightweight chassis that accommodates any aftermarket AR-15 stock or pistol grip. The R.A.W. chassis system is available as a complete rifle or a stand-alone chassis that owners of existing R.A.W. rifles can drop their barreled action into. Versions of the chassis system compatible with R.A.W. TM1000, TM1000x, HM1000, HM1000 MicroHunter and HM1000x receiver allow this system to take any R.A.W. rifle to the next level of modularity and customizability. It also features generous M-Lok mounting points allowing end-users to add a multitude of off the shelf M-Lok compatible accessories to their rifle.

The MicroHunter will also ship with a stock featuring true ambidexterity with an adjustable cheek rest that can be set up for both left and right-handed shooters, A Fixed/Adjustable design that creates a rock-solid stock that eliminates movement and noise, and a spring-loaded butt pad extends 1.25” with the touch of a button and is adjustable in .45” increments with four positions.

The new MicroHunter from R.A.W. promises to give today’s modern airgun shooter the pinnacle airgunning experience in terms of accuracy, adjustability, quality of construction, and lightweight. The new R.A.W. chassis system will be featured in the AirForce/R.A.W. booth (booth #14227) at the NSSF SHOT Show 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
