AGM Global Vision is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist and Brand Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall Marketing strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop, implement, and manage our marketing brand strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Attend educational conferences
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Initiate and drive product launches by coordinating (photography, copy, banners and social media push).
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
- Help plan and execute multi-level marketing approach to end-users, wholesalers and overall market.
- Plan and oversee marketing schedule for press releases, events, tradeshows, product launches, media correspondents, and influencers.
- Attending key industry events as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Social Media Specialist, Marketing Specialist or Brand Manager or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to write copy for product launch, and for market approach
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in the outdoor industry heavily recommended
