Federal Pro-Gun Bill Introduced; New SW Shield EZ - This Week on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk®

Congressman Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-KS) introduced the Home Defense and Competitive Shooting Act in Congress last week. The act would reclassify short-barreled rifles (SBRs) as semi-auto rifles, ending the need for an NFA tax stamp, finger printing, long processing times, and fees to own a rifle that many gun owners use for sport shooting, hunting, and self-defense.
