Celerant unveils new mobile range apps, Type 07 FFL support, new distributor integrations and more
Iselin, N.J. – Celerant Technology, a preferred retail software provider for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), returns to exhibit at SHOT Show 2024 in Las Vegas. Celerant will announce exciting features that have been developed this past year for firearm dealers, helping them save time, sell more, and encourage repeat business and customer engagement.
New Additions to the Range Management App
By launching a mobile app, dealers can promote their business and engage much more with customers, as soon as their customers download their app. Celerant’s new range app lets customers schedule and reserve range lanes, schedule classes with calendar views, purchase and renew range memberships, set up recurring billing for their memberships, and more. Coming soon, dealers can also encourage customer engagement via ‘social walls’, where customers will be able to upload targets and dealers can award virtual trophies.
“We’re not only servicing our customers better, but we’re also getting an idea of how customers interact with us,” stated Mitchell Tyler, Co-owner of SafeSide Tactical. “And we’re also using this as a way to get out our announcements. We wanted to make sure that we had something that we could communicate directly with our customers in. We’re using the same database as our eCommerce, and so a user who has an account on our website, that same account will work on the app.”
New Distributor Integrations and Type 07 FFL Support
Celerant will showcase its all-in-one FFL point of sale, eCommerce and digital bound book software, new support for Type 07 FLLs and its distributor integrations at the show as well. This past year, Celerant has expanded its available distributor catalog by adding suppliers such as Crow Shooting Supply, MGE, Gunarama, TGD and coming later this month, Orion Wholesale. Dealers can save time and sell more products by leaning on their distributors to help automate processes. Also this past year, Celerant has expanded its offering to now support firearms manufacturers within its retail software, as well as within its integration to FastBound’s A&D solution.
