Week Six of the 2025 Scopos National Air Rifle League

The 2025 National Air Rifle League finished its sixth week of skill-based matchups, the sixth of an eight-week regular season that feeds a postseason for the top teams. The national circuit features high school programs and junior rifle clubs competing in 60 shot precision standing or 30 shot sporter three-position air rifle competitions, with team totals drawn from the top four athletes. Week 6 produced a slate of tight finishes, marquee match ups, and the first ever tie game.

At the top of the Sporter League, Fontana MCJROTC (6-0) held serve by outpacing No. 2 Palm Bay MCJROTC (5-1) in a matchup of unbeatens entering the week, while Walton County Air Rifle (5-0) stayed perfect after a back-and-forth result against Pacific MCJROTC. North Brunswick AJROTC (4-1) delivered one of the week’s highest totals, and Zion Benton NJROTC (4-2) grabbed a road win against a then-unbeaten opponent. Together, the five currently leading the table—Fontana, Palm Bay, Walton County, North Brunswick and Zion Benton—set the pace in a week that mixed decisive scores with stage-by-stage turns.
