Buck Knives Seeks Marketing Employees

POST FALLS, ID— Buck Knives announces that the company seeks to hire several employees in its Post Falls, Idaho headquarters Marketing Department. Those job openings include: Communication Coordinator, Social Media/Community Coordinator, and a Graphic Design Intern.

The Communication Coordinator position would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced writer and communicator with a strong understanding of the outdoor industry, a desire to expand their professional experience, and a passion for the outdoors. This person will be required to write compelling long-form and short-form communications, copy for email and digital advertising campaigns, product copy, plus brand positioning pieces. This role would also facilitate Buck Knives’ traditional media presence within the outdoor industry so at least one year of experience working with writers, editors, and publications is required.

The Social Media/Community Coordinator position would be well suited for a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of the outdoor industry, how technology and social media helps to achieve a wide range of business goals, along with an expert-level understanding of all mainstream social platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. As the voice of Buck Knives, the ideal candidate for this role should have a true passion for all things outdoors including: hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and beyond.

The Graphic Design Intern position is a temporary position available within the Marketing Department at Buck Knives. This paid position will provide experience to a variety of tasks and projects related to updating branded materials and collateral to include: product packaging, product certificates, factory store signage, social media content, website assets, dealer catalog assets, sales sheets, and digital and print projects. The top candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suites applications including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Bridge. This position requires a person who has a basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
