Willem Driessen Joins Staccato as CMO

FLORENCE, Texas – Staccato 2011, the creators of the 2011® pistol, Staccato Ammo, and Staccato Ranch, are proud to announce the addition of Willem Driessen to its executive team as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Willem will be responsible for leading marketing and eCommerce strategy, as well as brand messaging and communications, across all Staccato business areas, including pistols, ammunition, apparel, experiences, and memberships.

Willem has extensive experience in marketing, including eight years at 5.11 Tactical, which has given him an excellent perspective on the tactical industry and its unique needs. He also has gained deep experience in the outdoor industry through his role at Black Diamond Equipment.

Beyond his professional marketing career, Willem brings unique credibility as a professional end-user. Dutch by birth, Willem served for several years in the Dutch military, including time in both the Royal Marine Commandos and the Netherlands’ premier special operations unit, KCT. He was deployed multiple times across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
