Celerant Software Training, Introduced New Features for Firearms Dealers at Client Conference

Firearm retail clients collaborated for 3 days of hands-on learning and networking at Celerant’s annual event

Staten Island, NY Celerant Technology, the #1 provider of point of sale and eCommerce for the firearms industry, recently wrapped up its annual client conference in San Antonio, TX. After two years of virtual events, Celerant hosted #ClientCon22 in-person, reconnecting firearms dealers using Stratus Enterprise™, industry partners and team members for three days of collaboration, training, and unveiling new retail software features and integrations.

This year’s event featured industry partners, including the NSSF, NASGW, Lipsey’s, RSR Group, FastBound, 4473 Cloud, Otter Waiver, Fortis (formerly BLUEDOG), and many others. Celerant’s partners networked and discussed their valuable integrations and ways in which dealers can streamline and automate their business, in-store and online.

PARTNER FEEDBACK:

“The conference was a great opportunity to spend time with the people we work with daily at Celerant and see our mutual customers, ensuring we meet their expectations and how we can serve them better. Plus we got to meet other partners we can potentially work to further enhance the offering we can all provide together.” - Aaron Keating, VP of Technology & CIO, Lipsey’s

“My favorite part of the event was experiencing the fine way Celerant engages with their dealers and partners, and meet the Celerant team. Celerant hosted excellent keynote speakers and relevant breakout sessions as well!” - Bill Brassard, Senior Director of Communications, NSSF

Firearms dealers traveled from across the country to maximize their usage of Celerant’s retail software, and learn about the latest, innovative features added to the platform, including electronic bound book enhancements, digital storage of e4473s, new distributor product feeds, range management module updates, SMS text message marketing, and more. Interactive workshops focused on best practices for a wide-range of topics, such as min/max inventory levels, endless aisle of products online, vendor selection and strategy, firearms rental management, and much more.

DEALER FEEDBACK:

“My favorite part of the Celerant’s client conference is discussing possible software modifications directly with those working hands-on with the system; and learning about what creative solutions other dealers are using Celerant for.” - Juliana Janicke, Shooters World

“Our eCommerce is really launching; it’s been an important part of our business, and even more so post-pandemic. I attended the conference to gather as much information as I can to keep that steam rolling. So this has been a very important conference.” - Jeff Poet, Jay’s Sporting Goods

“We process 1000s of transactions weekly, and Celerant is really the backbone of it all. At the conference, we met the people who create, maintain, update the software– and got to share ideas about what’s working well, and things we face on the frontlines. Celerant’s event is one of the most important days of the year as far as how we handle our business.” - Mitchell Tyler, SafeSide Tactical

“I really enjoyed the event app, sessions, communication, and meeting the Celerant staff. Overall, the event was put together well and informative.” - Jeanna Holmes, Triangle Shooting Academy
