Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Laser Engraver Specialist to join our production team. This unique role blends artistry with precision, involving graphic design, laser engraving, gold plating (bonus), and high-end polishing to finish our exclusive firearm series.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare custom firearm engravings using graphic software
• Operate laser engraving machines with accuracy and consistency
• Use digital tools for design management and workflow tracking
• Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet production goals
• Perform high-end polishing and finishing on metal firearm components
• Maintain and organize inventory of parts and materials
• Enter data accurately into systems and assist in reporting

Skills/Experience:

• Preferred high-polish metal finishing
• Experience in firearm metal laser engraving
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Data entry and inventory management systems
• Attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship
