Carroll, IA ? After months of planning, a rifle collaboration between Volquartsen Firearms and Davidson's Gallery of Guns has finally come to fruition. Davidson's has released two exclusive Second Amendment themed Volquartsen rifles.
"I haven't been this excited about a project in a long time. It's always fun when an idea between two companies comes together. We wanted to do something unique this Independence Day, and this release with Davidson's is exactly that," commented Volquartsen President, Scott Volquartsen.
The first rifle, a Volquartsen Summit 22 LR, features a red lightweight laminate wood thumbhole stock, a straight-pull bolt action inspired by the 10/22 platform, 1.75 lb. trigger pull, and THM tension barrel that's threaded 1/2 x 28 to be suppressor ready. Designed for both competition shooting as well as small game hunting.
The second rifle, a Volquartsen Superlite, features a blue lightweight laminate wood thumbhole stock, an ultra-tough CNC-machined aluminum Type III hard anodized receiver, 2.25 lb. trigger pull, and 1/2 x 28 threaded THM tension barrel with I-fluted sleeve and forward blow compensator.
Both rifles feature a USA themed cerakoted barrel with the words "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
These two rifles are available in very limited quantities exclusively at Davidson's Gallery of Guns.
