Newington, N.H. – SIG SAUER, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of John Brasseur to Vice President, Product Management. In this position Brasseur will lead the product and project management teams for SIG SAUER firearms, ammunition, and accessories.

Brasseur began with SIG SAUER in 2010 as a Project Engineer and, from concept to production, was responsible for launching the SIG516 and SIG716 for SIG SAUER. Over the course of his nine-year career at SIG, Brasseur has served in various roles including: Manager of Rifle Product Development, Manager of Launch Engineering, Director of Engineering Operations, and most recently as the Director of Product Management.

Brasseur holds an MBA from the University of Plymouth, and a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Hampshire. He will lead product management from the SIG SAUER Headquarters in Newington, New Hampshire.
