AG & AG to Host Two Squads at Benelli Shotgun Championship

AUSTIN, TX – A Girl & A Gun Women's Shooting League (AG & AG) will host two all-ladies squads at the Benelli Shotgun National Championship from August 6-8, 2015, at Rockcastle Shooting Center. Squads are limited to 16 spots, so there will be a be random drawing on April 1, 2015, among those who register.

The two squads will comprise AG & AG 16 members from throughout the country along with 2 squad coaches, who are professional shooters sponsored by Benelli. Prior to the event, the ladies will have the opportunity to attend an exclusive shotgun clinic with Ryan and Dianna Liedorff Muller.

Dianna Muller said, "I've loved watching AG & AG break barriers and introduce more and more women to the shooting sports! I'm honored to get to be a part of it!"

Special pricing has been established for AG & AG competitors. This all-inclusive match is $500 for the Muller clinic and a cave shooting tour; hotel, meal plans, taxes, and gratuity; a discounted match entry fee; and a professional shooter as a coach during the match, which is priceless.

Rockcastle is a premier facility in Kentucky with a sporting clay course, rifle ranges, multiple pistol ranges, archery course, permanent cowboy action shooting town, and more. It is located at the Park Mammoth Resort, a property that includes a restaurant, winery, golf course, and conference center.

During the Benelli Shotgun Championship, participants can expect one stage to be a minimum of 50 rounds, while all other stages will be in compliance with the 2015 IPSC shotgun rules. There will be 14 stages, approximately 270 rounds (bird, buck, and slugs). In addition, there will be 1 Simply Perfect 50+ round stage.
