PointsNorth Search Group is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales for a leading archery products company, with offices based in Georgia. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales and staff, both internal and external, management of national accounts, and developing and executing customer specific strategies to maximize account sales and profits.

The position will report to the President and duties will include identifying key product opportunities, sales presentations, and effective interactions with all customer departments, coordinating trade shows, forecasting, and sales analysis. Competencies will include 5-7 years' senior sales or account management experience. Archery industry a plus. Position requires re-location.
