Ammunition with incorrect powder charges may cause firearm damage, render it inoperable, and expose the shooter and bystanders to a risk of serious personal injury or death. This notice applies only toSymbol 556A with Lot Number CBC546/24, CBC591/24, or CBC601/24.

Henry Repeating Arms recently discovered a safety issue affecting certain lever action .45-70 Gov’t rifles manufactured between December 14, 2022, and January 11, 2023. Henry is voluntarily initiating a recall to protect the safety of its customers because, under certain conditions, it is possible that some of these rifles may unintentionally discharge without the trigger being pulled.

Mossberg International, Inc. has recently discovered a potential safety issue with certain Mossberg International Model SA-410 Shotguns which may lead to personal injury and/or damage to the shotgun: if a user prematurely releases a shotshell while loading or unloading, the unretained shotshell could potentially contact the Bolt Lock Button inside the loading port and detonate. Mossberg is initiating a product safety recall to protect the safety of its customers.

These specific kits are assembled with an Apex in-house manufactured trigger bar – NOT a Glock factory trigger bar – and were sold through Apex’s dealer and distributor network.

FN America, LLC announces the mandatory recall of all FN M249S semi-automatic, belt-fed rifles sold before January 1, 2022. An identified issue in the FN M249S fire control group may adversely affect the rifle’s standard operation, and under certain circumstances, a reset failure within the hammer group may cause an unsafe firing event.

The Civilian Marksmanship Program issued an ammunition safety advisory to all users of M1 Garands, M1903 and M1903A3 rifles. Ammunition that is loaded beyond 50,000 Copper Units of Pressure and using bullets weighing more than 172 grains should be limited to modern rifles, not old military rifles aged 70+ years.

Henry has recently discovered a potential safety issue wherein, under certain conditions, it is possible that some of these models may discharge without the trigger being pulled if the hammer is partially cocked and released.
