This key leadership role will oversee and drive nationwide sales strategy, customer relationships, and revenue growth across Traditions' diverse product portfolio. The National Sales Manager will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product development teams to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships within the industry.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in firearms or outdoor industry sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of mass merchant and distributor relationships. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and the ability to travel.
