St. Cloud, Minnesota – Maxim Defense, premier manufacturer of precision firearms, suppressors, ammunition and accessories, is proud to announce they will be participating in the 2026 Alamo Steel Challenge. The event will be held Saturday, March 21st, at the Louland Gun Club in Naples, Florida.

Join Maxim Defense and the Alamo team to experience the thrill and effectiveness of shooting steel targets. Steel shooting is one of the best ways for shooters of all experience levels to sharpen skills, build confidence, and receive immediate feedback on performance. The Alamo Steel Challenge offers a dynamic, professionally supervised environment designed to help shooters grow safely and efficiently.

If you're planning on attending the 2026 Alamo Steel Challenge event, be sure to stop by the Maxim shooting lane and check out the latest in state-of-the-art firearms and suppressors, including the SDX RFLX and PDX-SD, the next evolution in integrated suppressor systems.

This event is comprised of three unique steel stages designed to challenge speed, accuracy, and movement. Each stage is supervised by an experienced range officer or instructor. Coaching and instruction is available, especially for shooters new to holster draw. This event is a safety-first, skill-focused training atmosphere and safety is the top priority here. Shooters will not be allowed to participate if their firearm, ammunition, or equipment is deemed unsafe. Acceptable ammunition is LEAD CORE ONLY! *NO STEEL-CORE, STEEL-JACKETED, OR BI-METAL JACKETED AMMUNITION ALLOWED!
