Kent Cartridge is recalling specific lots of select 12 gauge and 20 gauge shotshell ammunition due to the potential for excessive chamber pressure when fired. The issue is limited to the product code and lot number combinations identified below.
Kent Cartridge has determined that affected ammunition could generate excessive chamber pressure during firing. Excessive chamber pressure may damage the firearm, render it inoperable, and expose the shooter and bystanders to a risk of serious personal injury.
Out of an abundance of caution, consumers are urged to immediately discontinue use of any product identified in this recall and follow the instructions provided below.

What Consumers Should Do
If you possess ammunition included in this recall:
- Immediately discontinue use of the affected ammunition.
- Separate it from ammunition not subject to this recall.
- Do not sell, distribute, or transfer the affected ammunition.
