MidwayUSA is seeking a Product Information Specialist to support and serve our Customers by providing and maintaining product information, specifications, media, and text on MidwayUSA's website.
About The Role
- Develop and maintain selling text & specifications at the individual product and family level
- Collect, review, process, and link Supplier images and videos for products
- Support SEO in assigned categories
- Provide technical information support to Customer Service and Marketing departments as needed
- Maintain website browsing category assignments for new and existing products
- Continuously improve overall website presentation and navigation for assigned product categories
