Staccato 2011®, the creator of the 2011® pistol platform, today announced Staccato Range Week 2027, a four-day live-fire event open to the public Jan. 18–21, 2027, at Staccato Ranch Vegas in Pahrump, Nevada.
The event will bring dealers, media, law enforcement personnel, professional shooters and the public to the Staccato Ranch Vegas campus for hands-on demonstrations from more than 35 partner brands. No industry credentials are required to attend. Registration is open now at staccato2011.com/2027RangeWeek.
Over four days, visitors can shoot the full Staccato 2011 lineup, including new pistols making their public debut; put hands on new product from brands across the firearms and tactical industry; and run HAVOC, the ranch's signature shooting courses, across 550 acres of Nevada high desert.
Scheduled programming includes:
- Monday, Jan. 18: Staccato Range Day. The flagship day. Ranges go hot at 8 a.m., with live-fire demonstrations at vendor bays, the vendor and hospitality pavilions open through the day, bookable HAVOC course slots, the Ace Virtual Competition with Staccato Training Group, and the all-day public debut of new Staccato pistols. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday through Thursday, Jan. 19–21: Staccato Ranch Open House. Three days of all-day HAVOC shooting courses, open for registration to the public. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- All week: Open House tours of the Staccato Ranch Vegas campus, bookable online.
Bestselling author and former Navy SEAL Jack Carr will join Staccato Range Day on Monday, Jan. 18. Additional details on his appearance, including a book signing, will be announced in the coming weeks.
Staccato is producing Range Week alongside some of the best-known names in the firearms and tactical industry, several of which will use the event to introduce new products and offer hands-on demonstrations with product experts and brand ambassadors.
Participating brands include Trijicon, Pixels on Target, 5.11 Tactical, Aimpoint, Archon Firearms, Arc'teryx Pro, Atrius Development Group, B4 Armory, Barrett, Benelli, B&T USA, Chalkless, CZ Custom, Daniel Defense, Fat Boy Tripods, FN America, Geissele, Heckler & Koch, HUXWRX Safety Co., Leupold, LOWA Boots, Mantis, Mitchell Defense, Mossberg, NEMO Arms, Noveske Rifleworks, ProForce Law Enforcement, Q, Radian, RD USA, Safran Defense, SilencerCo, Sordin, SureFire, TruckVault and Zenith Firearms.
"Range Week is built around what the industry truly wants: live-fire shooting, a surplus of ammunition and the top brands in one place," said Buck Pierson, CEO of Staccato 2011. "We're bringing brands our customers already use and trust to a campus purpose-built for live fire. Anyone who comes out can spend a full day actually testing products instead of a few minutes just holding them."
Instruction throughout the week comes from the Staccato Training Group, led by Max Michel, one of the world's top pistol shooters and Staccato's vice president of training and competition.
HAVOC is the signature series of courses of fire at Staccato Ranch Vegas: 11 immersive, professionally designed courses spread across the campus that combine skill building, friendly competition and live-fire problem solving. Four are bookable during Range Week: Backyard BBQ, which moves shooters between firing positions behind a pool, a carport and a shed, scored for speed and accuracy; Freedom Court, a continuous, high-tempo run through a cul-de-sac with four houses and four threats; 2011 Marketplace, where shooters engage targets through windows with a rifle before closing the distance with a Staccato pistol; and Construction Zone, a team course through an active site of exposed framing, scaffolding and machinery.
Outside Staccato Range Week, the HAVOC courses are reserved for Staccato Ranch members. The Open House days offer non-members a rare chance to run them firsthand, with a limited number of slots available to reserve in advance.
Range Week 2027 marks a shift in how Staccato approaches the January industry calendar. The company will not exhibit at the SHOT Show this year, directing those resources instead toward its own facility and a format built around live fire.
"Our customers want to shoot our handguns, and we have world-class facilities and teams near Vegas that will allow them to do that," said Pierson. "We built Staccato Ranch Vegas to put people behind the trigger, and Range Week is us using it the way it was meant to be used. We are opening the gates to everyone: dealers, media and anyone who wants to find out what these new guns and products can do in their own hands."
Staccato Ranch Vegas spans 550 acres of Nevada high desert at 1 PrairieFire Road in Pahrump, Nevada, roughly an hour west of Las Vegas. Attendees should plan their own transportation to the campus.
Staccato will continue its involvement in industry and law enforcement events throughout 2027, including the Staccato National SWAT Championship and Staccato National Law Enforcement Championship.
Registration, media credential requests and the full Range Week 2027 agenda are available at staccato2011.com/2027RangeWeek.
