Safe LivinG to Visit Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s in Greenville, South Carolina for the 2024 Elevate Tour

ATHENS, Ala. –– SLG2, Inc, the outdoor industry’s leading experiential marketing company, is excited to announce its upcoming visit to Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s in Greenville, S.C. as part of the highly anticipated Safe LivinG 2024 Elevate Tour. Safe LivinG offers attendees a unique opportunity to engage in various activities centered around personal security and firearm safety.

Guests will have the opportunity to review firearms from top manufacturers and learn about the importance of responsible firearm handling. The organization also aims to raise awareness about self-defense tools, such as SABRE pepper spray, through interactive demonstrations.

“A couple from New York came by the trailer at our recent tour stop. They shared how challenging the firearm restrictions were there. They were like kids in a candy store being able to walk through the guns on the gun bar and work with all of the items in our demo area,” said Christa Forrester, vice president of SLG2, Inc. “Because of their state’s restrictions, they have never thought about or really invested their time in learning about any of the accessory products. Our demo area was their first opportunity to learn about the great products our partners offer!”

Participants will have the chance to partake in various outdoor demonstrations, including binocular and turkey call activities and the MAGPUL DAKA Grid system. Safe LivinG encourages families to bring their children along for a dedicated firearm safety discussion tailored specifically for young attendees.

Guests aged 18 and above can handle and shoot handguns and long guns using a state-of-the-art mobile FATS by InVeris range guided by knowledgeable female instructors. The simulator provides immediate recoil, impact and sound feedback, creating an immersive experience that builds confidence.

The Safe LivinG experience will be stationed in front of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s on Saturday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, April 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Both new and experienced shooters, along with their families, are invited to attend this exciting event.
