Krieghoff International, Inc., the exclusive North American importer of Krieghoff sporting and hunting firearms, is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its team in Ottsville, Pennsylvania. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate will support dealer relations, customer engagement, order management, and day-to-day operational tasks essential to Krieghoff’s continued success.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Relations

• Serve as one of the primary contacts for dealer and customer accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and customers.
• Manage quotes, orders, delivery coordination, and customer communications.
• Provide expert knowledge of Krieghoff firearms, configurations, and accessories.
• Ensure timely response and resolution to customer inquiries or issues.

Sales & Business Development

• Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and meeting objectives.
• Assist in developing and presenting sales reports and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and dealer programs.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including tracking purchasing and sales data.
• Process purchasing, sales, and customer information accurately and promptly to support forecasting and reporting.
• Help coordinate dealer communications and sales materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the Sales Manager to manage order fulfillment and backorders.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Three or more years of sales experience.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar order-management systems.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and follow-through.
• Comfortable learning and discussing firearm technical features.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team environment.
• Experience with high-end or luxury retail products and/or the outdoor recreational industry—particularly clay target sports—is preferred.
• Availability for occasional weekend work or travel.
