The Director of Product Management will organize, manage, and plan complex projects, products for the organization’s research, development, and product implementation efforts. An individual that has excellent written and verbal communication skills is needed, along with extensive experience developing and launching new products.

This leader will be responsible for:

• Managing and enhancing the Product Road Map
• Improving upon the product development process
• Managing multiple product development projects across multiple vendors
• Acting as a liaison with our partners in Turkey
• Facilitating the creation and development of new products and product extensions
• Managing the development of new product technical specifications
• Developing and managing product launch plans
• Understand and manage import regulations and requirements
• Leading a team of product managers
• Manage product development budget
• Building a culture of innovation, teamwork and results

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

• At least 15 years of total experience
• At least 5 years leading product development teams
• At least 5 years of experience launching firearm products (requirement)
• Strong product development and product launch experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects; strong project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and experience with modern design & development tools like Solidworks, AutoCAD, DFM, etc.
• Bachelor's degree ideally in an engineering or product related field
• Ability to travel internationally
