San Marcos, California to offer ammunition and shooting supply store

LAX Ammunition, well known southern California ammunition retailer, is proud to announce the opening of a fourth retail location in San Marcos, California.

Now open, LAX San Marcos provides the same lines of ammunition currently found in other retail locations including LAX branded ammo, Freedom Munitions, Hornady, Remington, Winchester, CCI, Federal Premium and other quality brands. LAX Ammunition also supplies shooting and range gear including packs, cleaners, ear and eye protection, gun safes and more.

LAX Ammunition is manufactured and owned by Freedom Munitions LLC, after Fernandez Holdings Inc. purchased the ammunition manufacturer and franchise in summer of 2022. “The expansion of LAX Ammunition into other California locations is a necessary step in our overall growth plans. LAX is well known to Californians and provides them with the means to purchase their preferred ammo, which is heavily regulated in California,” said Toby Thill, President of Freedom Munitions.

LAX Ammunition San Marcos is located at 705 Center Dr, San Marcos, CA 92069. Plans for a grand opening celebration in October are underway. LAX Ammunition also serves southern Californians in Inglewood, Orange County and San Diego, with LAX’s flagship location in Inglewood being connected to LAX Range, a full-service firing range.
