Role, Responsibilities, and Requirements for General Manager of Archery, Brew Pub, Shooting Ranges, and Events
·Build and manage the ultimate archery retail and 3D range with premium, high-end products for hunting enthusiasts
·Collaborate with stakeholders to create an operating budget, generate financial reports, and oversee financials, accounting, and bank processes
·Employ strategies to ensure the company’s growth
·Incorporate retail strategy, development, and management
·Conduct performance reviews and motivate staff
·Assist with marketing initiatives
·Maximize operations to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals
·Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
·3-5+ years of experience successfully managing a complex enterprise’s finances, operations, and strategies
·Extensive background and experience in archery. (African big game hunting experience is preferred)
