Accokeek, MD - Beretta, alongside sister companies Sako and Tikka (#1859), will be displaying a wide variety of firearm, clothing, and accessory products at this week’s 2023 SCI Convention held at Music City Center in Nashville, TN, from February 22-26.
A featured display in the booth (#1745) will be the one-of-one Beretta SL3 Tutankhamon over-and-under shotgun. The SL3 Tutankhamon celebrates 100 years after the discovery of King Tutankhamon’s tomb by Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon with its enriched engravings depicting common imagery from Egypt, symbols of the Egyptian civilization, and hieroglyphs found in Tutankhamon’s tomb.
This one-of-one shotgun is an SL3 EELL 12-gauge with a classic field configuration and Beretta proprietary Steelium hyper-polished 30-inch Optimabore-HP barrels. Made of an exhibition-grade 5 European walnut wood and hand checkered with a Tru-Oil finish, the SL3 Tutankhamon underwent 1,000 hours of hand engraving by master engraver Luca Casari.
Our premium gun section will feature three artisans this year, who will provide demonstrations of their signature crafts. Luca Casari, a master engraver from Italy, Scott Mays, our senior gunsmith, and Manuela Pintossi, a master gun case designer, will be present in the booth as they showcase their expert engraving, woodworking, and gun case-making skills.
On display in the booth (#1745) will be several newly launched Beretta products, including the A300 Ultima Turkey, 80X Cheetah, 92XI SAO, and Ultraleggero, as well as the Sako S20, Sako TRG 22A1 and 42A1, and Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech Ember.
The 80X Cheetah reimagines the legendary Beretta .380 platform, with a new sleek design and enhanced features. Ergonomically redesigned for modern-day carry, the 80X Cheetah includes a smaller Vertec style grip profile, the X-treme S Double/Single trigger, a skeletonized hammer, a 13+1 round capacity, and comes optics-ready out of the box.
The new 92XI SAO brings the long-awaited frame-mounted safety to the standard 92 family of products, as well as a single action-only variant and various ergonomic enhancements. The frame-mounted safety offers an ambidextrous solution, bringing the safety lever more in reach with natural ergonomics.
The Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech Ember combines the performance of the T3x Lite with a black and orange webbing Roughtech stock. This new rifle features an enhanced surface texture that ensures a solid grip throughout the stock, a muzzle brake with 5/8 threading to reduce recoil to a minimum level and control the rising of the barrel that normally occurs after firing, and a fluted bolt and oversized bolt knob to optimize the weight of the rifle.
Beretta will also be selling a variety of our clothing and accessories products from our Xtreme Waterfowl Gear, Upland Gear, and Outdoor Lifestyle Gear collections.
