B&T USA Seeks Customer Service Supervisor

B&T USA is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operations of the Customer Service Department in accordance with current standards, guidelines, regulations, and as may be directed by the President, to assure that quality standards are met daily.


  • Manages customer service staff, communicates job expectations, and performs appraisals and job reviews
  • Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
  • Be aware of and moderate social media platforms for potential customer service issues
  • Assists with escalated customer service issues and works to achieve problem resolution
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
  • Assist in preparation of knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions
  • Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations to Upper Management or other appropriate staff
  • Participate in any meetings to communicate key issues within the department and with other departments within the company
  • Perform essential duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience

  • Five years of Customer Service management experience
  • Knowledgeable about firearms both technically and compliance
  • Social Media experience a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Firm grasp of the use and operation of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Zendesk
  • Experience working with SQL base Inventory Systems
  • Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably as applies to firearms

  • Job Type: Full-time exempt

    Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 annual salary
