Colona, IL – Rock River Arms, a leading name in Modern Sporting Rifles and pistols, will showcase its latest firearms at the 2024 NRA Show, May 17-19. Dealers, industry professionals, and media representatives are invited to explore the brand's newest 1911s and rifles at booth #7811 in Dallas, Texas.
Debuted earlier this year and will be on display, the Rock River Arms' AR-platform .17 HMR rifle is designed for rimfire enthusiasts seeking precision and versatility. Constructed with an RRA A4 billet upper and forged A2 lower, it boasts an 18-inch 41V50 CMV barrel, gas impingement system with delayed blowback operation, and a 1:9 twist for consistent performance with 15.5- to 20-grain cartridges. Enhancements include the RRA NM Ultra Match 2-stage trigger, rear charging handle, and a winter trigger guard. Additionally, it features a Magpul MOE grip, Magpul SL-K stock, and a 15-inch free-float handguard with M-LOK, making it adaptable for accessories. The package is completed with a 10-round magazine.
Rock River Arms expanded its tactical firearms range with the BT-2 ATR in 5.56 NATO, an ambidextrous carbine for both left- and right-hand shooters. Built on the BT-2 upper and lower receivers from 7075 T6 billet aluminum, key features of the gun include a Radian Raptor charging handle for effortless charging from either side, an ambidextrous magazine release, an ambidextrous bolt catch/release, and a safety selector switch. Its 16-inch chrome-lined barrel with 1:9 twist pairs well with the Ultra Match trigger group for enhanced accuracy. The BT-2 ATR also features an NSP-2 six-position CAR stock for optimal comfort, a BT-2 free-float handguard with M-LOK compatibility, and a Hogue beavertail pistol grip for superior grip and control.
Another new bolt-action firearm introduced this year and will be displayed at the NRA Show is the RRA XM24, elevating the company’s chassis rifle offerings with the 2024 introduction of a 6.5C/300WinMag model and a 308/338 Lapua model. Each rifle comes with interchangeable 26-inch stainless steel barrels, each air-gauged, cryo-treated, and nitride-finished to deliver sub- ½ MOA results. Complementing this is the advanced ergonomic ESS chassis system by MDT, ensuring a tailored and customizable shooting experience. The RRA XM24’s additional features include an oversize tactical bolt handle, TriggerTech primary trigger, 20 MOA base scope rail, an MDR single stack magazine, a crow foot wrench and a receiver block to facilitate barrel changes.
