Matthew Do is a global business operation leader with extensive experience serving manufacturing, retail organizations and private equity firm throughout the US, South America, Asia, and Europe. Most recently, he ventures into startup consumer packaged goods (CPGs) field where he utilizes his proven track record of ensuring exceptional shareholder reward, innovative operation and people performance that drive business success.
With over 20 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge in operational turnarounds, start-up, expansion, restructuring, M&A, and transitional situations. Most distinguishing, he is especially a driving force for repeatedly taking companies to the next level of growth and success. He possesses vision and the ability to skillfully untangle and bring orders, priorities, and processes that increased quality, growth, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
