MidwayUSA is excited to announce the promotion of Neal Lines to Director of eCommerce Marketing.
Neal began his career at MidwayUSA in 2008 as an Application Development Intern. Shortly thereafter, he graduated from Columbia College, earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minors in Business and Mathematics. After graduation, Neal joined the MidwayUSA team as a full time Application Developer, and within just a few years was promoted to an Application Development Manager where he managed the Merchandising, Marketing, and System Services Teams. In November of 2021, Neal was promoted to Internet Advertising Manager.
“It is a privilege to have the opportunity to lead our eCommerce Marketing operations,” said Neal. “Technological advances continue to change the marketing landscape, and I hope to leverage my background for continuous improvement while focusing on our #1 Operational Goal – Customer Satisfaction!”
In his new role, Neal will be responsible for managing, documenting, improving, and executing the Customer Relationship, Internet Advertising, Public Relations, Social Media, and Search Engine Optimization processes for the department. He will also be a key contributor to the Policy Management, and Administration and Planning processes.
“With Neal’s broad experience in multiple departments at MidwayUSA, he’s developed great agility and an excellent systems perspective,” said Adam Augustine, VP eCommerce. “I’ve worked with Neal for nearly a decade and I’m confident he will thrive in this new role.”
