
Beretta proudly congratulates Team Beretta athletes on an exceptional showing at the 2026 World English Sporting Clays Championship, held April 22–26 at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas, where Beretta competitors earned four podium finishes across premier championship divisions in one of the most prestigious sporting clays events in the world.
Leading Team Beretta's standout performances was Connor Daniel, who captured the title of Junior Team Champion while competing with the Beretta DT11, Beretta's purpose-built competition over/under engineered for world-class target performance.
Veteran champion Anthony Matarese, Jr. added yet another international podium to his decorated resume, earning third place in FITASC with the premium Beretta SL2, a platform recognized for its refined balance, custom-grade craftsmanship, and uncompromising consistency.

Team Beretta's Desirae Edmunds secured third place in the Lady division using the reliable and fast-handling Beretta A400 L Sporting, continuing her tradition of podium-level performances on the world stage.
Rounding out the team's championship week, Joseph Fanizzi claimed the title of 5-Stand Champion with the Beretta A400 L Sporting, delivering a dominant performance in one of the event's most dynamic and technically demanding disciplines.
