Tisas Arms USA, the world's largest producer of 1911-type pistols, announced today that Customer Service operations have been fully established in their new location in Buford, Georgia.

Tisas VP Operations Tim Mulverhill commented "Despite rumors to the contrary, Tisas continues to stand by the limited lifetime warranty that sets us apart from other importers and even domestic manufacturers. We don't care who imported the gun or when it was imported; it is still covered against defects in workmanship. In fact, we are honoring the warranty for brands other than Tisas – if you have a Tisas-manufactured pistol sold under the MAC brand, it is covered under the Tisas warranty".

CEO Erdal Kaya explained further, "As we strive to firmly establish the Tisas brand, we only have two ways to achieve that; one is by delivering a world-class product, and the other is delivering world-class customer service for the customers that have invested in our brand. Treating customers fairly and providing the support they need is the same treatment we hope to receive in our daily interactions. Prioritizing customer service is a hill I will die on, and my people know that".

Buford operations milestones include new product shipments to replenish distribution channels, developing the customer service team, and building the infrastructure to deliver product service support.
