The 18th Annual John Martin 500-Yard Prone Championship was held on April 25 at Rio Salado Sportsman's Club in Mesa, Arizona. This one-day local match honors the legacy of John Martin and his passion for competitive shooting. Shooters competed from the prone position at 500 yards under calm conditions, allowing for outstanding performances across the field.
Milanovic delivered consistent excellence throughout the event, posting the following scores:
- Match 1: 200-9X
- Match 2: 197-9X
- Match 3: 200-12X
Total Aggregate: 597-30X. Milanovic's winning setup featured Vihtavuori N140, loaded at 47 grains, combined with Lapua Palma brass and 155grain Berger Hybrid bullets, underscoring the importance of highquality components in precision longrange competition.
